Summer Program

The Annual Intensive Summer Program allows students to intensively develop ballet skills and advance to the next level. International guest teachers supplement our professional staff.  A graduation dance program celebrates the end of the intensive and allows students to perform for your family and friends. For the past five years,  SCBA’s Intensive Summer Dance Program has attracted serious dance students age 3 to 18 from all parts of the country as well as locally. This year guest teachers included Viktor Kabaniaev, award-winning choreographer and instructor with the famous “Lines” Ballet Company in San Francisco; and California-based Tina Kay Bohnsted, choreographer and specialist in modern ballet.
